Buyer Beware!!! For anyone looking to hire a builder stay away from MAPLE LAKE BUILDERS out of paw paw mi....Bill the owner might be knowledgeable and bids the jobs, but his young son and wife he sent out to do the roofing job has very little knowledge......My mother hired bill to do her roof,what she got was the son, wife out to do the work.....an uncovered roof a two day rainstorm and over $4,000 thousand dollars in water and mold damage that they refused to fix....After the damage Bill refused to even talk to me or come out and see the damage, he again trusted it to his unknowlegable crew...Bill might be knowledgeable but is a very unprofessional business owner... After 2 weeks of back and forth with his son and wife who promised to fix the damage,they then chose to decline to fix the damage they caused,refused to give me the name of their insurance company (if they even have any) and hung up on me when I asked!!! We had to turn it over to our own insurance company..Needless to say thousands of dollars later,a mold inspector who said 100% caused by them and several months of headaches the problem was taken care of with no help from them! I would stay as far away as possible!!!
