My wife and I have a question if one of your contractors can come out to give a writing estimate on the projects we would like done on our house. We received your information from Star Bank. We have a budget of about 45,000.

Projects:
Remove popcorn ceiling and do Spanish lace throughout the main floor as well as the stairwell going to the upstairs.
Room addition - would have: half bath, laundry room, mud room with storage, a door to the back yard
Main floor / master bath - take out small closet & small pantry - to make a larger closet for master. We would take out the current half bath wall to make a larger master bath, new counter top add a window family room, a new sliding door that lock at the bottom and by the handle, new flooring in the master bath, new exhaust fan
Upstairs - Remove popcorn ceiling and do Spanish lace, take out everything and get a new vanity, tub, sinks, and exhaust fan. We want to keep the small closet in the bath.

We would be willing to help with some demolition / popcorn ceiling to help cut on cost, if that will help out on the budget. I believe I have covered everything, if not we can discuss the project when the contractor gets to the house.
