the business is good the employees are great but the management ( Dale Rangleoff) needs a lot of help. I worked thier for 7yrs and got fired because I broke my neck working for the guy and no more then I signed my surgery paperwork and making it a personal claim because I did this man a favor because we were no where near OSHA standards the guy pulls me into his office and fired me . His reasons were it's just that time !!!! ... wtf ? ANYONE thinking about working for this person do your self a favor and don't. he doesn't pay for shit and he doesn't care about his drivers
