Hello - I have a home that needs a contractor and Jane Cahill gave me your name; I'm a friend of Tommy's, too, but don't hold that against me! I couldn't get through to you by phone. My number here on Kent Circle is: 978-491-5668 and my cell is: 781-548-9885. We'd like an estimate on the following:
Exterior:
gutters
fascia
soffit
paint
sparrows nesting in separation between roofline and exterior wall on west rear side
Porch:
restore the undermined support
restore the piazza
restore front steps (granite or wood?)
Electrical:
eliminate knob and tube
GFCI as required to code
Third floor:
Bathroom - add
Turret attic space - finish
heating options
Kitchen remodel:
cabinets
floor - replace to bring back to flush with first floor hardwood
windows replace and slider to deck
Heating system:
eliminate radiators?
walls need repair behind some and plumbing to second floor is exposed
possible replace oil with gas fired
separate zones 2nd and 1st floors
