I work for a convience store in Florida. The three employees from Constructive Concepts that were supposed to redo our ceiling tiles were unprofessional. They called stating they broke down at first, and then a couple of hours later they called again wanting to know if one of our employees could come pick them up when I stated I was the only employee they wanted to know if I knew someone that wanted to make a couple of bucks and come get them (this was worrisome as is). Once they finally arrived about 3 1/2 hours later they seemed to have no concern that the store was still open (carried out old tiles right on top of open food, not paying attenttion to customers and other vendors). When I asked them to finish up replacing the tiles on the floor (so that I could start making coffee, sweep and mop, etc. for my customers) before stacking extra tiles in back I was told no that they had to get that (extra) done first and he was supposed to be here for 10 hours with free run of store. I was alone in this store with these 3 guys and they all seemed unprofessional (one was even wearing socks with pot leaves all over them). I know if I ever need something in this line of work I would never hire them.
