My address is 4741 Payne Street, Shawnee, Kansas. 913-645-9285(cell), 913-441-3369(home). I'm checking on the status of a claim that one of your employees filed. Early November of 2015, you guys replaced some siding or facial on the south side of the house. Prior to replacing the item, I had a conversation with one of your employees he noticed the paint was peeling or fading on the trimming of the siding around the windows. He told me it is defective material and don't worry putting a claim in, he will take care of it. One whole year has past by and I haven't heard nothing. I want to officially put my claim in now, especially if I was lied to or he didn't put it in. Mr Ben Hansen, can you please look into this matter, ASAP? I will fill follow up with a register/certified letter and legal actions if need be. Thanks for you time and consideration.
