Good morning – I am a Facility Engineer working with the USPS and receive project requests from Utah, Idaho and Iowa for repair of USPS facilities and/or replacement of building equipment which includes HVAC, plumbing (sometimes underground), electrical, structural when cars run into our buildings, fire systems, security items, parking lots, and other miscellaneous items that sustain the viability of a facility (some extremely small with limited hours and others much larger with regular working hours). In the course of these requested projects there could be asbestos and/or mold to work around or remove/encapsulate as required. Most of my projects are under $10K and I pay rather quickly with credit card. This means that if you do not accept credit card payments, then I cannot work with you.
If you are interested in working with me, please provide a complete listing of personnel with whom I would email the requests to, invoicing personnel, any other personnel with whom you want me to interact; to include their name, email address, phone number and possibly title. I would need a copy of your W-4 prior to assignment of any projects and a listing of either Zip Codes you could service or a geographical range that you would/could travel within.
