I am interested in a bid on bathroom redo, tub and toilet. Allso, there is a leak under the toilet in one of the big pipes when it is flushed. Part of my front room ceiling is already removed due to a major leak i had behind the shower within the wall. Those pipes have been replaced. My tub drains very slow and will partially filll while i shower. I have had plumbers come out a couple times a year and it stays good for a while. The last time it was done was in July...3 months ago. It's outdated, old, the floor is ok,but i think if everything is pulled up, i might as well get a new one. So, would you be interested in taking a look at that and a leak in the shower this summer caused significant damage to the wall above my archway (front room dining room.) so, partial walls and ceilings may need replacing. I could send yo picture. I am working with my Insurance agent and have had Peter Wegler from Service Master Restoration out.
