I have been in law enforcement for over 20 years. Before I was in law enforcement I got an associate degree in Civil Engineering and was in construction for 8 years. I was also in the US Army Reserves where I was a heavy equipment operator. I did this for 8 years in conjunction with my construction career. I have been talking to Hunter who, when it's not raining, doing the grading at Spartanburg Prep School about talking to you all about going back into the construction field. I am in the process of retiring from the Spartanburg County Sheriff's office and wanting to go back to the construction/engineering.
I guess I have 2 questions;
1. Is your company hiring equipment operators
2. Do you feel like this is where I need to start to get back into the construction field.
