Andrews Contracting provided absolutely horrible service; both on the installation but especially on the service. Initially, they installed the wrong equipment, i.e. did not install heat-pump units as contracted. It took them six months to deliver and install the new heat-pump units. Within two weeks the bearing in one motor started to go bad. I called for service. After telling me repeatedly they would be there that day it took them six weeks to respond. It has now been four weeks since they told me they were ordering a new motor and would be back the next day to install same. Pat Andrews will not answer his cell phone or return calls. I would never work with this firm again and feel they have provide service several levels below "horrible".
